How much does it cost?

Embroidery Pricing for 24+ hats:  $13.95 per hat for the first location (front, back, right side, or left side) and $2.50 per hat for each additional location. Add $1.50 for each 3D location per hat (ex. two 3D designs = $3.00 additional per hat). 

One-Time Set Up:  There is a $50 set-up fee for each new design. Reorders have no set-up fee.

Is there a minimum order size? Yes - minimum order is 24.

Any discounts for large orders? Discounts are available for orders over $1,000.       Mix and match sizes, colors, and styles to get your discount. Get details.

  When will I get my embroidered hats? Your order will ship within 4 weeks from the date you approve the proof.        Rush service is available for $50 per order.

How do I send you my artwork or logo? It’s easy. Please email artwork to custom@thehatpros.com in jpg or pdf format in the highest resolution file you have. Higher resolutions make our digital files more precise and give you the best-looking result.
