If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
Items that have received custom embroidery services require prior authorization in order to be returned. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 877-765-4287. *Note: These items may only be returned if they differ in hat style, color, size or embroidery than originally ordered.
For all other item(s), if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or an exchange.
Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship hats back to The Hat Pros are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends. Please refer to the carrier website for estimated delivery time. Orders ship out within 48 hours.
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
