What are your minimums?

Our minimums for Custom Direct Embroidery and Leather Patch Hat orders is 72 Pcs.

How much does it cost?

Due to the complexities and uniqueness of each custom design, each custom order will be quoted individually. Rest assured, our pricing is very competitive on these high-quality caps, but most importantly, the custom embroidery, screen printing or patch quality is second to none!

Is there a Setup Fee?

There are NO SETUP FEES with orders of 144 hats or more! Smaller orders will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take?

Orders usually ship 2-3 weeks from artwork approval.

Can I design/create my very own hat?

Yes, we can help you design and create a completely customized hat from start to finish. Send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

Why are all your hats blank?

At The Hat Pros, all of our hats come blank to allow you the greatest amount of flexibility in terms of getting exactly what you want. A blank cap is a highly versatile accessory, and selling all of our custom fitted hats allows you to choose any design if you want to order a logo cap. Our Custom design department is happy to customize your order with your logo or design.

What is the process for ordering customized hats?

If you want to place an order for customized hats, please call us at our toll free number: 1-877-765-4287, and select option 3 or complete the contact form above. Our staff will happily walk you through the process. We will ask you to email the highest resolution image possible of your desired design in a JPG or PDF format, and you will have the chance to approve a proof of your design before we begin the production process. There are NO SETUP FEES ON ORDERS OF 144 OR MORE! Please note that the minimum order for customizing is 72 hats. Your custom hats will normally ship within 2-3 weeks from the date you approve the proof.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Pricing is based on quantity and complexity of the design. The more hats you order, the lower the price/hat will be!
